Affiliate Program Terms

The Rekt Affiliate Program is operated by Rekt Brands Inc. Program signup is currently automatic. We may suspend, restrict, or remove any affiliate account at our discretion, including where a channel, audience, content, territory, or conduct is not a fit for Rekt or creates legal, commercial, brand, or fraud risk.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your account details current. You may not sign up or participate on behalf of another person or entity unless you are authorized to bind that person or entity to these Affiliate Program Terms.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Affiliate Program Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, fiduciary, or representative relationship with Rekt. You may not make commitments, guarantees, warranties, refunds, promises, or statements on behalf of Rekt.

Commissions are available only on eligible sales that are properly tracked, accepted, paid, not cancelled, not refunded, not reversed, not charged back, not fraudulent, and not otherwise excluded under these Affiliate Program Terms or the applicable program rules shown in the affiliate dashboard.

Flavored Sparkling Water and any other product, SKU, collection, order, customer, market, or promotion identified by Rekt as excluded are not eligible for affiliate commission, customer discount, tier credit, or network bonus unless Rekt states otherwise in writing.

Affiliate links, referral codes, cookies, localStorage, customer discount codes, order attribution, tier status, and commission records may be tracked through UpPromote, Shopify, and other service providers. Tracking may depend on browser settings, cookie consent choices, device changes, third-party platform behavior, checkout behavior, fraud controls, and other factors outside Rekt control.

We may use UpPromote attribution rules, cookie windows, last-click or other attribution settings, and manual review to determine whether a sale is eligible. Rekt may resolve attribution conflicts, missing tracking, duplicate codes, self-referrals, suspicious activity, and disputed sales at its discretion.

Commission rates, customer discounts, tier thresholds, payment methods, payout timing, minimum payout amounts, currencies, statuses, lock periods, review periods, and available payout providers may change and may be shown in the affiliate dashboard or program materials.

Commission status labels such as pending, confirmed, denied, paid, cancelled, or reversed are operational statuses only. A pending or tracked sale does not guarantee payment. Rekt may withhold, reverse, offset, or claw back commissions or bonuses for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, suspected fraud, policy breaches, excluded products, tracking errors, or legal compliance reasons.

Where a network bonus is available, it applies only to eligible sales from affiliates directly referred by you and properly linked to you in the program system. Network bonuses are not paid merely for recruiting, signup, account creation, or any activity that is not an eligible sale.

You may not present the program as a job, investment, passive-income scheme, guaranteed-income opportunity, token opportunity, franchise, or recruiting plan. Do not make income claims unless they are accurate, substantiated, not misleading, and include any legally required context.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with Rekt whenever you promote Rekt, share affiliate links or codes, review products, make recommendations, or otherwise create content that may earn you commission, discounts, bonuses, gifts, or other value.

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand, placed near the endorsement or link, and comply with FTC endorsement rules, platform rules, and applicable local laws. Examples may include clear language such as "I earn commission from qualifying purchases" or an equivalent disclosure that fits the platform and context.

You may not use spam, deceptive advertising, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, misleading domains, fake accounts, fake orders, self-dealing, unauthorized paid search bidding, trademark bidding, brand impersonation, false scarcity, fake reviews, illegal content, adult content, hate or harassment, claims about disease treatment or prevention, or any activity that harms Rekt, customers, platforms, or program integrity.

You may not offer unauthorized discounts, combine offers in a misleading way, purchase through your own link or code unless Rekt expressly permits it, interfere with another affiliate attribution, or use Rekt intellectual property in a way that suggests endorsement beyond your affiliate role.

Rekt names, logos, product images, artwork, slogans, marks, content, and other brand assets remain owned by Rekt or its licensors. We grant affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved brand assets only to promote Rekt under these Affiliate Program Terms and any brand guidelines we provide.

You may not register domains, social handles, paid-search keywords, company names, product names, crypto assets, NFTs, tokens, or other identifiers that include or are confusingly similar to Rekt names or marks without written permission.

Either you or Rekt may end participation in the program at any time. Rekt may suspend tracking, deny commissions, remove access, cancel unpaid amounts, or require repayment of paid amounts where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, legal risk, policy breach, refund, chargeback, attribution error, excluded sale, or other issue affecting eligibility.

After termination, you must stop using affiliate links, codes, Rekt brand assets, and any statements that imply you remain a Rekt affiliate.

Rekt may update these Affiliate Program Terms, commission rates, tier rules, product exclusions, attribution settings, payment methods, cookie windows, account standards, and program operations from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted or communicated means you accept the updated terms.

You are responsible for any taxes, forms, registrations, reports, expenses, permits, and professional advice connected to your affiliate activity and compensation. Rekt or its providers may request tax information, identity details, or payout details before making payments.

These Affiliate Program Terms supplement the Rekt Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Affiliate Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service for affiliate program participation, these Affiliate Program Terms control for that affiliate issue only. The Terms of Service continue to govern the website, purchases, disputes, arbitration, governing law, and other matters unless expressly changed here.
