If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU and UK consumer laws. In the US, we offer the same 14 day window for consistency. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@rekt.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or swap. We will reply with instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will sort a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless we made an error. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot cover items lost in transit.
