Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or a cooling-off period except where this is legally required in your country (for example, in the UK or EU you may have 14 days to return unopened items).

Eligibility for Returns

If your country provides a legal right to return, the following conditions apply:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us.

  • All Drank Points and any $REKT tokens or other digital assets or rewards received in connection with your order are conditional on your purchase being final.

    • If you return an order, all Drank Points and $REKT or other digital assets or rewards linked to that order will be permanently voided.

    • If you have already claimed or transferred any $REKT or other digital assets or rewards received through Drank Points from that order, you must return the same amount of $REKT tokens or other digital assets or rewards that were issued from the order.

Refunds will only be processed once both the physical products and all related Drank Points and $REKT or other digital assets or rewards have been returned, reversed, or cancelled and the items have been inspected and approved.

Shipping & Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.

  • We do not refund any international taxes, duties, or customs charges.

  • If taxes or duties are charged again on the way back to us, these will be deducted from your refund.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Drank Points and $REKT

  • Drank Points and $REKT tokens or other digital assets or rewards are promotional rewards that only vest if the underlying purchase is not returned, refunded, or charged back.

  • If you attempt to retain or redeem Drank Points, $REKT or other digital assets or rewards from an order that is returned, refunded, or disputed, Rekt Brands Inc. will treat this as unjust enrichment and pursue recovery of the rewards.

  • If Drank Points from your order have already been converted into $REKT or other digital assets or rewards, you must return the exact same number of $REKT tokens or other digital assets or rewards that were issued from that order.

  • We will not accept or issue any cash equivalent or compensation in place of the tokens.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, you are still legally required to return both the drinks and all Drank Points and $REKT or other digital assets or rewards received from that order.
Even if a chargeback is decided in your favour, our legal team will continue to pursue the matter. This may include:

  • Treating the matter as fraud and reporting it to relevant local or international authorities.

  • Using debt recovery services or legal action to recover products, Drank Points, $REKT or other digital assets or rewards, costs, and damages.

  • Notifying your employer or professional body where appropriate.

  • Permanently blacklisting you from purchasing Rekt products in the future.

By purchasing from Rekt Brands Inc., you agree to this Refund Policy in full, including the requirement to return or compensate for any Drank Points or $REKT or other digital assets or rewards received if your purchase is returned, refunded, or disputed.
